The milling machine can achieve many cuts otherwise impossible by hand. Several specific tasks can be done in a timely manor with precision and accuracy.
This is the mill in action on the receiver section of an AK-47. The mill is great to get dimensions straight and parallel. With this tool I can get the magazine well opened up and the trigger cutout done.
The lathe is useful but not for AK builds. It is for more random jobs. When I start up my sub gun builds it comes into play.
The surface grinder is a key piece in achieving small to large notches and complete lightning cuts to AK-47 receivers and other weapon platforms.
The size of a sand blaster plays a huge part in its usefulness. I like to have plenty of room for any rifle and the ability to change media to suit various needs.
